Featuring 10 original songs written and performed by Hardy. With haunting tracks, including the standout “Every Other Day” that features a companion music video , Hardy delivers a soulful, artistic album that defies convention, much like his signature in-ring high-risk wrestling techniques. “The songs on my new album represent my personal therapy sessions,” Hardy shares. “This collection is a combination of my soul and personal journal entries all put to music.
