PWCatalog exists because of the people who came before us, and the people who are still doing the work today. For decades, wrestling fans and collectors around the world have quietly done something remarkable: they kept the record. They scanned trading cards and magazine covers, typed out checklists by hand, photographed figures still sealed in their packaging, logged title changes and forgotten Saturday-night shows in small-town armories, and shared everything freely, usually for nothing more than their love of this sport.

This catalog was built by collectors, for collectors, and it stands on that foundation. It is a community work, drawn from many sources: fan sites and personal homepages, collector blogs and checklist databases, promotion archives, message boards, magazines, price guides, and the many independent websites that wrestlers, historians and fans built and maintained over the years. Some of these sites are still active. Others went quiet long ago and live on only in archives. Every one of them added something to what we know, and every one of them deserves to be remembered.

To the webmasters, archivists, historians, photographers, card and figure collectors, writers, forum moderators and fans listed below: thank you. Your hard work, dedication and generosity made this project possible. We are honored to build on what you created, and we hope PWCatalog gives something back to the community that has given all of us so much.

With gratitude and respect,
The PWCatalog team
